How do I book my glamping experience?

Complete the online booking form to the best of your ability; if there are details you want to discuss before confirming please reach out to us.

Once all details are confirmed, an event overview and contract will be sent. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at signing, followed by the remaining balance 7 days prior to the sleepover.

How big is the tent?

Spacious 5m Bell Tent: With a generous 16.4ft diameter and 9.8ft center height, our bell tent offers full standing room and space for up to six setups.

Can I add on things such as balloons, food, or more an extra night?

We offer different packages and a la carte add ons for those looking to enhance their glamping experience. Custom pillowcases, sleep masks, balloon arrangements, candy boxes, the list goes on and on. If you can dream it, we can arrange it.

How much notice do you need?

For most glamping experiences 2-3 weeks is sufficient. If custom items or theme is being requested, the more notice the better. We are always happy to fit clients in if time and availability is available.

What is the max number of guests we can book?

Our bell tent accommodates six guests comfortably.

What happens if it rains?

Our bell tent is waterproof and is made from Oxford fabric that reliably protects against all weather conditions.

What is your cancelation policy?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit holds your date and covers initial planning and preparation costs.

Please note that cancellations are not permitted once the final payment has been made. At that point, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.
